The Annie E. Casey Foundation is scheduled to release a new policy report on November 4th, 2013 that will outline the policy focus we need to maintain in order to best support children’s early development.  Voices for Vermont’s Children will be participating in the release of this report, which will also contain state-level data about Vermont’s young children.  All of Annie E.
